On offer is the opportunity to step into a hugely varied, versatile role, for a leading property consultancy. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants, conducting property viewings, negotiating terms and contracts, and providing excellent customer service.

The role:

• Respond to client and tenant enquiries
• Provide an excellent level of customer service / account management, through excellent communication F2F, over the phone and via email
• Assist clients with their property search; take down tenant / client requirements, matching them with relevant properties
• Conduct property viewings with potential tenants
• Assist clients with their property search
• Negotiate rental terms and contracts between tenants and landlords

The person:

• Excellent interpersonal / communication skills
• Keen to kickstart a career in Property Management
