This highly reputable company have a combined experience of over 30 years, heading plumbing and heating projects within the property sector from consultation through to completion. With a knowledgeable and highly motivated team, the company are on the rise to become the best combined specialists within the local area and boast an impressive quantity of new up and coming projects. With continued expansion, the company are looking to add new roles within their team, one of which being an Estimator, where you will be responsible for providing estimates and quotes on all projects, including materials and labour, working in tandem with the Project Managers to ensure quality and efficiency remains throughout.
This role would suit those who have recently completed an Apprenticeship, and have experience in a Plumbing and Heating role, who wish to continue their career off the tools and utilise their experience in a niche and specialist role, where they will have the potential to eventually progress into management with all the training needed to capitalise on their potential.
The Role:
- Review customer enquiries
- Provide accurate material and labour estimates
- Liaise with project managers from pricing to completion
- Follow up on submitted tenders
