Within this role, you will shadow farmers making technical decisions regarding crop development and assist in creating treatment plans to promote crop yields. You will also assist with sales and customer service throughout busy seasons. You will also be in charge of your own schedule, giving you the freedom to work in a way that suits you.

THE ROLE:
* Assist farmers in making technical decisions regarding crop
* Assist in creating treatment plans to promote crop yields
* Advise customers on crop yields
* Flexible hours

THE PERSON:
* Interest in crop production / agriculture, with any experience to show (Qualification / hobby etc)
* Knowledge of cropping and pesticides
* Commutable to Wrotham
* Full UK Drivers License
