Are you from a Trade Counter background looking to lead a department and grow your own team within a fast paced environment with a supplier who provide product training and full autonomy to make your mark on the company?
This company are part of a wider group of successful businesses within the construction and building materials industry and are looking to grow their roofing sector substantially over the next year. On offer is the opportunity to own the role and build a team around you as the company expands further.
This varied role will see you being responsible for the trade counter, implementing your own system, style and procedures to handle all materials running through the business, you will be responsible for chasing invoices, communicating with suppliers, selling supplies and organisation of materials.
This role would suit a candidate from a Trade Counter background looking to take a position of management, the responsibility of growing the department and having full autonomy to make the position your own.
The Role:
- Growing the Trade Counter department
- Oversee Sales, Operations and Finance
- Communicating with Customers and Suppliers
- Monday to Friday (7:30-4:30)
