Are you an Electrical Engineer looking to expand your skillset through extensive training inside a growing company who supply bespoke switchgear to essential services such as hospitals, while also enjoying benefits such as a four-day working week and plenty of overtime to boost your earnings?

On offer is the opportunity to work for a well-established international business who manufacture electrical switchboards for a global clientele, including hospitals and naval projects, looking to grow their headcount and streamline their processes.

This role will involve working on the shop floor and ensuring switchboards are up to the company’s high standards, through rigorous testing and documentation. You will work in pairs and teams to test boards and ensure their quality, so good communication skills are vital.

This role would best suit an Electrical Engineer looking to gain extensive in-house and external training in switchgear inside an internationally-renowned provider, while also taking advantage of a four-day working week and plenty of overtime, paid at time-and-a-half rates on Friday and Saturday and double on Sunday.

THE ROLE:

• Engaging in rigorous testing of switchboards
• Completing paperwork to ensure quality standards are met
• Working in pairs or as part of a team
