Do you have an Electronics background, looking to come off the tools, with a global company renowned for providing high end solutions to OEM’s such as Siemens and Samsung, where you will be in a hugely versatile role, benefitting from excellent training and development, with the scope to eventually lead and manage the entire technical support department?

Do you have an engineering background, looking for a highly autonomous role where you will receive mentorship and full training, whilst directly adding value to a multi-faceted organisation which provides specialist, complex electronics and system assemblies to a diverse range of sectors including Automotive and Aerospace?

On offer is the opportunity for someone with any technical experience in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering to move into a varied role, with a well-established firm, who offer full training of the delivery of bespoke technical support to their customers.

You will be involved in the establishment and delivery of technical support to high end customers and the maintenance of strong customer relations. You will conduct market research to conceive new business opportunities, whilst being the first POC for clients.

The role:

• Deliver technical assistance to clients
• Assist in the preparation of sales quotes and proposals
• Manage technical inquiries from customers
• Establish and maintain strong customer relations
• Conduct market research to identify new business ventures
• Offer post-sales support to customers

The person:

• Technical background in Electronics / Mechanical Engineering, or Technical Support experience
