Are you an AV Engineer looking to come off the tools and move into a Monday to Friday, office-based role for a well-established and consistently growing business, offering a dedicated training plan and the option for hybrid working?
On offer is a great opportunity to move out of a field role and into an office, for a reputable company that will look after you and offer plenty of stability.
In this role you will be making and receiving calls to provide 1st line support over the phone. You will also be liaising with Service Engineers to follow up on any issues, and working with a range of high-end clients.
This company boast a turnover of over £20 million and are market leaders in their industry, servicing a range of clients including hotels, private houses, and corporate venues. They are growing rapidly but still stay in touch with their family-feel working environment.
This role would suit a Service Engineer looking for an office-based role and to work for an innovative and renowned company that offer hybrid working and a days-based, Monday to Friday position.
The Role:
- Diagnosing faults on AV systems over the phone
- Liaising with Engineers to provide solutions
- Dealing with clients from high-end residential, commercial, and corporate backgrounds
- Office based with the option to work from home up to 2 days a week
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
