This role would suit a Technical or Compliance Manager or similar, who has an understanding of the Water Treatment industry, who is looking to become a task expert and the go-to specialist, playing an integral role in the future of the business.
Role: * Manage and support a client-focused approach to delivering optimum service delivery. * Develop, manage, and maintain training and audit matrices and plans for staff * Provide consultancy and technical advice to clients and staff when required * Oversee the maintenance and outputs of relevant systems
Person: * knowledge and understanding of water treatment compliance * Knowledge and awareness of developing training development plans and matrices. * Team Management experience and skills * Health and Safety knowledge and understanding
