Are you from a Quality Control / Technical Management / Compliance background, looking to step into a highly autonomous role with a market leading manufacturer of premium rechargeable and battery powered lighting products, which is currently pushing the boundaries of lighting technology by producing cutting edge rechargeable lighting systems?

You will be responsible for developing Quality Management, Health, Safety and Compliance systems, as well as coaching and developing the production team, within a company which is invested in your professional development.
You will be a Quality, Technical or Compliance Manager, with experience working within a manufacturing environment, looking to join an ambitious, forward thinking and innovative company.
The role:
- Develop, consolidate and expand the business’ systems in product quality, business management through ISO 9001, Health, Safety and Environmental
- Improve upon Risk Assessment procedures
- Coach and develop the Production Team, resolving internal and supply chain quality issues
- Ensure compliance
The person:
- A Quality Manager or similar with experience from a manufacturing / engineering environment
- Some experience with electrical or electronic engineering
