On offer, is the exciting opportunity for a Systems Analyst to join leading, global engineering business. Working closely with key stakeholders inside and outside of the business, you will play a key role in investigating operational requirements, problems and opportunities relating to the overall business systems.

In this role, the successful Systems Analyst will provide support to a wide range of systems, taking full responsibility for the understanding of client requirements, collecting data, delivering analysis and problem resolution. Install and remove software while maintaining accurate records. Keep clear communication channels open with key stakeholders and groups.

The ideal Systems Analyst would ideally come from and engineering or strong IT background. Be confident in their abilities to work in a varied role and keen to work for a global organisation.

The Role

• Investigate operational requirements, problems, and opportunities, seeking effective business solutions through improvements in automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes.
• Recommends/designs structures and tools, which meet business needs.
• Identifies and resolves issues with applications, following agreed procedures.
• Designs, creates, develops and maintains learning solution content and resources to deliver agreed outcomes.
• Installs or removes software, using supplied installation instructions and tools including, where appropriate, handover to the client.

The Person

• IT or Engineering related Degree or equivalent qualification
• Significant experience in managing and maintaining complex IT solutions
• British Citizen
