Are you an passionate about environmental sustainability with experience in building services, looking to advance your career as a consultant?

This company has been specialising in building consulting for the past 20 years, with a focus on delivery Net Zero Carbon (NZC) design. Advising on embodied and operational carbon, this company assists clients with decarbonisation strategies to achieve NZC through innovative products and installations.

In this role you will be advising a team of engineers and clients on site visits, to ensure EMS compliance. You will be carrying out BREEAM and CEEQUAL assessments for ongoing projects and applying knowledge to develop innovative solutions to help the company meet their sustainability goals.

The Role:

• Collaborate with design teams and engineers to advise on projects
• Undertake site surveys, inspections, provide written reports and reviews
• Produce BREEAM reports
• Development and payment of professional memberships

The Person:

• Experience working as a sustainability consultant
• Degree in Sustainability or relevant field
