Are you a Structural Engineer looking for a varied and technically challenging role providing full autonomy on diverse projects within a friendly and well-established business offering the opportunity to progress in to Partnership / Directorship within a few years and grow the company in your own vision for the future?

This company are a Structural Engineering consultancy who have built and retained a loyal client base across a variety sectors. They have been providing their first-rate service for over 60 years, due to the owner moving away from the business soon they are looking for an experienced Structural Engineer to join their friendly team and take control.

In this autonomous role you will be split between the office and site visits, from writing repots and surveys and communicating with clients to being hands on, running the job and leading inspections. Further training is on offer to develop your skills, with the look of taking on a more senior, higher paid role within the business after a few years. You will work a Monday – Friday shift pattern of 09:00am to 17:00pm however flexible working hours are on offer with the opportunity for hybrid working available after an initial period.

This rare role would suit a Structural Engineer looking for a senior role within the development of their career where they can use and develop their technical skills within a company giving them the opportunity to become an associate partner of the business in the near future.

The Role:

• Lead a variety of projects across different sectors and industries
• Write reports and surveys
• Site visits and inspections
• Autonomy to oversee projects
• Monday – Friday shift pattern 09:00am – 17:00 with flexible working hours and hybrid working
• Progression to Directorship available
