THE ROLE:
- Assisting the technical support process by receiving and interpreting customer requirements and relaying possible solutions
- Progressing customer tickets and collaboratively working to solve challenges
- Provide ongoing remote support to customers worldwide via telephone, email, and internet
THE PERSON:
- Have a keen interest in technology or Cyber security
- Have a good telephone manner or customer facing attributes
- Willingness to learn and progress
