In the role you will be acting as the first point of contact for clients, providing Software support to dentists all over the country. This will involve general Hardware and IT troubleshooting as well as providing clients with the highest level of customer service possible.
This role would suit someone looking for a client facing IT role, working for a company at the forefront of their industry where there are significant opportunities for progression and specialised training on the companies bespoke Software.
Providing 1st Line Software Support to clients
