Are you a Construction Worker with experience working with concrete and steel looking to take the next step in your career, with continuous specialist training and clear progression to a Team Leader or Project Manager in a couple of years?

In this hands-on role you will be working on a variety of residential properties and installing prefabricated basements. The overall projects will include laying insulation, pouring concrete, installing panels, and erecting walls. Travel across England and some staying away will be required.
This international company have recently expanded into the UK and are looking to make their mark here with continued success overseas. They aim to increase their yearly projects 6-fold within the next 3 years, proving their supremacy in their niche industry.
This role would suit a Construction Worker with a license to drive a van, looking for specialist training, clear progression paths to senior roles, and to work for a reputable construction business.
The Role:
- Installing prefabricated basements
- Primarily working in home counties but some overnight stays needed
- Full on-the-job training provided
- Progression paths to Team Leader or Project Manager
- Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm, 40 hours a week
The Person:
- Hands-on construction background working with concrete and/or steel
- License to drive a van or lorry (C1/C1E/C/CE)
- Happy to stay away from home
