Are you a Site Manager with New Build experience looking to join a market leading company, with tailored training and development plans, a variety of exciting carbon-zero projects, and a competitive package to top it off?

You will be responsible for heading up Health and Safety on the site, and driving productivity. You will liaise with Contract Managers, Quantity Surveyors and other parties to assure projects run smoothly and according to time frames and budgets.

The company are a market leader in the Construction industry, specializing in renewable building and developments. Off the back of recent growth, they are looking to bring on board a passionate and enthusiastic Site Manager to join the team and drive the company to new heights!

This role would suit a Site Manager looking to join an industry leading company that work on Carbon Neutral building developments, offering the opportunity to earn a competitive salary within a Monday to Friday role.

The Role:

• General Site Management (including Contractor’s and HSE)
• Liaising with Contract Managers and Quantity Surveyors
• Site based in Ealing

The Person:

• Site Manager with New Build experience
• Design & Build understanding / exposure
• SMSTS & CSCS card holder
