In this role you will be leading and directing a team, ensuring acceptable productivity and workmanship of all the team members and sub-contractors on site, making sure all work complies with current quality and group standards.

This role would suit a Signalling Construction Site Supervisor Manager with good knowledge of all aspects of Signalling equipment and rules and regulations of railway working.

THE ROLE:

• Leading and directing a team, ensuring acceptable productivity and workmanship of all the team members
• Assisting in the planning of onsite operations, and future projects
• Ensuring all site operations are carried out safely, and in accordance with standards, reporting on accidents and near misses
• Attend site meeting and pre planning meetings as required

THE PERSON:

• Thorough knowledge of signalling construction
• Thorough knowledge of rules and regulations of railway working
• Career progression
• Be available via the on call arrangements
