On offer is the opportunity to work one of UK’s market leading linen suppliers, who service to prestige hotels across UK and Wales. You will go to individual, overseeing the manufacturing process ensuring that targets are met aswell as staff training, including on the job training, health and safety training

The Role:

• Manage and supervise the production staff, to ensure they are working to effectively meet production targets
• Work with the production planning team to ensure materials and equipment are allocated correctly
• Staff training, including on the job training, health and safety training
• Ensure that health and safety procedures are adhered to
• Work closely with the management team to ensure production runs smoothly

The Person:

• Experience as a manager/ supervisor / team leader in a production environment
• Engineering background (Electrically biased ) in a production environment
• 4 on 4 off shift pattern
