Are you a Shift Manager looking to join a well-established company which will offer you a 4 day working week, the opportunity to boost your annual earnings by £2500 and a great working environment?
On offer is the opportunity to work in a well-established Plastic Extrusion company which has 30 years of experience behind them. You will be offered full training on the exporting process and company procedures.
Your role will involve managing a production team on a night shift 4 days a week. This will include general people management, overseeing safety, resolving day to day staffing issues and getting involved with producing product where appropriate.
The role would suit a Shift Manager who is happy to work a night shift. In return you will be offered a 4-day working week, the opportunity to boost your earnings through a bonus and full training on the extrusion process.
The role
* Overseeing a production team.
* ensuring lines are tooled and operated to the correct standard
* Ultimate accountability for cleanliness and safety
* 6:00-18:00 Starting Monday night, Finishing Friday morning
* Holiday: 1 week at easter, 2 weeks at Christmas, 1 Floating week
The person
* Experience in a management role
* Happy to learn the production process and oversee it
