Are you a Shift Manager or similar from a Manufacturing background looking to join a rapidly growing brewery who offer incredible progression opportunities to move into a variety of departments as well as a 10% company bonus?
This fast expanding local brewery create a variety of high quality IPA’s, Stouts and Lagers, making over 10 million pints a year and shipping to over 40 countries. This varied role will see you based in the brewery, driving the canning and packaging department to hit their KPI’s. Your duties will also include devising a delivery plan on how targets will be met, ensuring the safety of the employees, maintaining the high quality of products and assisting in training with new members of staff.
