On offer, is an exciting opportunity to work for a well-established company supplying high-profile clients including the Ivy Collection, Tate, National Gallery, and Brasserie Blanc. They are now looking for a Shift Leader manage and run production shifts as well as carry out repairs and regular maintenance and servicing of machinery when required.

This is a business with a current number of 17 employees, so not only will you be invited to be a part of a team but a part of a family.

The Responsibilities :

• Manage and run the line, ensuring production is running smoothly
• Monitoring team performance and ensuring duties are performed efficiently.
• Supervising employees, assigning duties and creating a shift schedule
• Comply with shift pattern (5am -3pm and flexibility for very occassional 3pm-1am)
