Are you a SHEQ Manager or similar with an IOSH certification and a passion for training looking for a once in a lifetime opportunity to spearhead the Health and Safety department and train the next wave of talented engineers within a thriving provider of engineering services for the Maritime and Defence Sector?

On offer is the exciting opportunity to join a market leader in providing engineering and environmental service for Marine vessels and have recently secured key defence contracts and are looking to expand their rapidly growing team.

On a daily basis you will be required to help train and assess health and safety procedures of internal practises. You will also be required to provide these services to external clients and grow a team to provide an external training programme for a range of Marine cliental.

This role would suit a Health and Safety Manager or similar with a background in IOSH who is looking to grow their own team and work for a company who provide excellent training and progression opportunities.

The Role:

• Assess and train on health and safety procedures for internal practises.
• Establishing external growth by providing these services to clients
• Managing and growing the Health and Safety department

The Person:

• SHEQ Manager or similar
• Trainer / Looking to be a Trainer
• IOSH Certified
