Are you a Service Manager or similar from an Electrical background looking for a varied role, within a market-leading company who give you the opportunity to own your position and play a major part in the business, giving you full autonomy to manage your own team, alongside lucrative benefits including a substantial car allowance and performance related bonuses?

On offer is the opportunity to join a company established in 1952 with a longstanding history in providing mobile fencing and security solutions including turnstiles and bollards for a range of commercial clients . You will have the chance to take control of the entire team of Field Engineers and make the role your own by learning the current systems and implement your own style on the company.

This role will see you cover both branches within the business, with a day of client visits. You will be responsible for upholding health and safety standards, developing and maintain KPI results for the team of Engineers and also planning business strategies to meet sales targets and continue business growth.

This role would suit a Service Manager or similar with an Electrical background looking to become a leader within a well-established company, you will be given full autonomy to use your previous managerial experience to influence the efficiency and effectiveness of the team as well as being compensated with excellent benefits and significantly increasing your earnings with bonuses.

The Role
* Covering multiple branches and undertaking client visits
* Managing Field Service team to hit KPI’s
* Develop business strategies to meet sales targets
* £7K Car Allowance
* 10% Performance Bonus
* Mon – Fri (8:45 – 5PM)

The Person
* Service Manager or similar
* Electrical qualifications / background
* Full UK Driving License
