Are you a HVAC Engineer looking to join a dynamic and rapidly expanding company, with excellent progression opportunities and the potential to dramatically increase your earnings through generous overtime, with double time available on weekends?

The company have over 25 years’ experience in the HVAC industry and work on a variety of projects across the UK, offering a complete and varied range of quality services, with customer care and focus at the forefront. After securing the company’s largest contract to date and looking to triple their turnover in the following year, a new Senior Engineer is required to assist in day to day running of the business, managing engineers and provide technical support, whilst occasionally assisting with ongoing projects. As the new Senior Engineer you will be responsible for providing support and assistance with current projects and acting as a supervisor for all Junior HVAC Engineers.
This role would suit those looking to utilise their experience in the HVAC industry and capitalise on their leadership skills, while taking on additional responsibility and paving the way for a successful management career.
THE ROLE:
- Work on projects, aiding maintenance and repair tasks as needed
- Be the point of call for technical support
- Conduct site visits as required
- Overseeing, supervising and training Junior Engineers
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards as required
