In this role, the successful Service Desk Manager will be responsible for both providing 2nd line IT Support, and a mix of three 1st and 2nd line members of staff.
This role would suit a Service Desk Manager with some experience Leading teams, that will wants to remain quite hands on in terms of providing 2nd line support.
2nd line Support experience
Knowledge in IT security, encompassing firewalls, antivirus solutions, and data protection.
Leading the Service Desk team
Managing the ticketing que
