Are you a Service Desk Manager looking to play a pivotal role for an ambitious, award winning MSP that are targeting 2024 as a year to really grow the company?

On offer is a new opportunity that has come through company growth, for a Service Desk Manager to join a small but growing, very talented IT team with great training opportunities to progress your career as the company continues to grow.

In this role, the successful Service Desk Manager will be responsible for both providing 2nd line IT Support, and a mix of three 1st and 2nd line members of staff.

This role would suit a Service Desk Manager with some experience Leading teams, that will wants to remain quite hands on in terms of providing 2nd line support.

The Person:

  • Management experience
  • 2nd line Support experience
  • Knowledge in IT security, encompassing firewalls, antivirus solutions, and data protection.

The Role:

  • Leading the Service Desk team
  • Managing the ticketing que
  • Proving 2nd line support
