With the release of new machinery and ever continuing growth, an opportunity arises for a Service Administrator to join the team, where you will be responsible for assisting in processing breakdowns, ordering parts, planning and allocating engineers and following routine maintenance and machine health checks.

This role would suit those with a customer service / administrative background looking for a multifaceted role with the opportunity for progression and long term stability.

The Role:

  • Process breakdowns received via the call logging system
  • Ordering parts for customer breakdowns & remedial works
  • Assist in planning and allocating engineers to breakdowns
  • Raise estimates for remedial works
  • Communicate with customers, providing updates on breakdowns

The Person:

  • Administrative / Customer Service background
  • Background in Engineering – or experience coordinating engineers desirable but not essential
