Do you have a Customer Service or Sales background looking for a new challenge within a well-established automotive group who have multiple sites, offer manufacturers training, progression into senior roles and commission to significantly boost your earnings?
On offer is the opportunity to join a longstanding Dealership established over 75 years ago, they operate across 11 depots and they are going through an exciting period of growth and are looking for individuals to help continue their success and boost their sales across the business.
This role will involve working within a tight-knit team, serving customers, updating MOT and service scheduling, arrange for work-in-progress to be completed, invoicing, process payments, sell additional products and services as well as ensuring the workshop is maximized to it’s full potential.
This role would suit someone with a background in Customer Service or Sales looking for a new challenge within a longstanding company who prioritise your training, give you the ability to progress and boosting your earnings with commission.
The Role:
- Handling work-in-progress, MOT and service scheduling
- Liaising with customers face-to-face and on the telephone
- Selling additional products / services
- Working within a tight-knit team
- Monday to Friday – with Saturday mornings.
The Person:
- Customer Service / Advisor background
- Full UK Driving License
- Commutable to Leicester
