This role will involve working within a tight-knit team, serving customers, updating MOT and service scheduling, arrange for work-in-progress to be completed, invoicing, process payments, sell additional products and services as well as ensuring the workshop is maximized to it’s full potential.
This role would suit someone with a background in Customer Service or Sales looking for a new challenge within a longstanding company who prioritise your training, give you the ability to progress and boosting your earnings with commission.
Handling work-in-progress, MOT and service scheduling
Liaising with customers face-to-face and on the telephone
