Do you have a background in the Automotive industry or similar and transferable experience relating to a Service Advisor / Customer Service role, looking for a stable, permanent position within a market-leading Automotive dealership, who are known for looking after their staff and providing a solid Monday to Friday position?

On offer is the opportunity to join one of the leading privately owned Dealerships in the UK, they operate across multiple depots and they are going through an exciting period of growth and are looking for individuals to help continue their success.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical advice and addressing customer queries, booking vehicles for service, cross-selling relevant products and services, finalizing invoices upon completion of work, and ensuring prompt and friendly customer service in the service department. Additionally, you will perform vehicle inspections, listen to customer complaints, verify warranty coverage, generate service estimates and explain service details and costs to customers.

This role would suit a Service Advisor or any similar role looking for a stable, Monday to Friday position, with a company who look after their staff.

THE ROLE:

* Provide technical advice, address customer queries, and cross-sell products and services.
* Manage vehicle bookings, update customers on progress, and finalize invoices.
* Perform vehicle inspections, listen to customer complaints, verify warranty coverage, generate service estimates, and deliver detailed explanations of service details and costs.
