Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor from a construction background looking to grow and develop your career further within a nationally established organisation, that offers you the chance to be exposed to a variety of large-scale property developments and projects and allows the autonomy to manage your day-to-day workload?

The role will be a mix of office and site based, where you will be working on a diverse range of projects. You will work closely with the tight-knit team of Surveyors and have the opportunity to undertake site visitations and liaise with other departments, site managers, and external contractors as you work on a diverse range of projects within a regional patch.

This company specialises in high-end residential projects, covering Devon and Cornwall. , delivering projects between £3m – £10m. Off the back of another incredibly successful year, they are looking for the addition of a Senior Quantity Surveyor to drive success within the business, allowing it to reach new heights.

This would suit a Quantity Surveyor from a high-end development or construction background who is looking to become one of the go-to Senior Surveyors for a nationally renowned company.

The Role:

• Work on High-end Development Projects
• Preparing Quotations
• Negotiating Tenders
• Reading Drawings

The Person:

• Professional Quantity Surveyor ( PQS )
• Construction background
