Are you a Senior Project Engineer with a background in CRE within the Railway industry looking to play an integral part of ‘milestone’ Rail Projects for one of the largest Engineering and Rail Powerhouses in the UK who will give the chance to progress into more senior roles and directly impact the future of rail in the UK?

Overall, you will be responsible for managing staff to efficiently maximise resources. You’ll direct and manage a team of permanent and temporary staff, ensuring physical implementation of project works are to correct technical standards. This role will include working as an integral member of different projects to ensure the safe, successful, and technically delivery of allocated contracts. This role can be done remotely, with occasional travel to Belfast

The Role:
- Managing staff to efficiently maximise resources.
- Ensure that staff are working to correct standard.
- Assisting in the successful delivery of allocated contracts.
- Remote / Hybrid working
The Person:
- Experience of being a Contractor Responsible Engineer (CRE)
- Extensive experience on operational railway
- Happy to do occasional travel to Belfast
