Are you a Senior / Principle Ecologist or similar looking for a varied and autonomous role providing the opportunity to move into a multi-sector consultancy that will allow you to work with a broad range of clients within a tight knit group where you can make a direct impact on the business going forward and grow a team around you as you progress?

This company are a well-established 20 year old consultancy who have seen major growth in recent years. They work with a broad range of clients providing full ecological project design, planning and implementation solutions and are looking to grow their team to handle their vast workload.

This is a varied role which offers you the opportunity to work from home on a hybrid basis, alongside providing ecological surveys in the field within industries such as renewables, utilities, waste and commercial / rural sectors. You will work write surveys and reports in addition to a range of other responsibilities, with opportunities to build a team around you as the company develops.

This role would suit a Senior / Principle Ecologist or similar from a consultancy background looking for a varied role within a multi-sector company where you can make a direct impact on the business going forward and can grow a team around you in the future.

The Role:
* Leading complex projects, including tender preparation and delivery.
* Regular field visitations across different industries.
* Conducting ecological surveys and technical report writing.
* Monday to Friday – Hybrid role
* Regular training – progression into Principle Consultant

The Person:
* Senior / Principle Ecologist or similar
* Consultancy background
* Commutable to Gloucester
