Are you an Operations Coordinator with an engineering background or similar looking for a challenging yet rewarding role, offering a wide variety of work, plenty of autonomy, and a generous remuneration package?

Are you looking to join a globally renowned specialist consultancy where you will be recognised as a specialist coordinator, leading the way on large scale commercial projects in and around London?

In this varied role you will be surveying commercial properties across London while liaising with contractors and other departments to organise maintenance activities are completed. You will also be handling the contractors time sheets as well as fault finding on engineering drawings and passing on design projects to the design team. You will be working primarily on offices, gyms, and hotels for example, and there will be travel across London with a car allowance included.

This consultancy are consistently growing, with 500 employees and aiming to double their head count in the next 5 years. With a turnover of £50 million, they are expanding globally and boast a great work-life balance and culture for all employees.

This role would suit a Operations Coordinator with an engineering background looking to progress their skills further and take on more responsibility within a leading consultancy that will aid their development.

The Role:

• Surveying and identifying necessary maintenance work in a variety of commercial properties
• Client facing – networking, growing business, and maintaining relationships
• Handling contractors time sheets and ensuring that work is completed within the required time frame
• Travel across London, car allowance included
• Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm, flexible hours to suit
