Are you an experienced NPI / NPD Manager from a manufacturing background looking to spearhead the consumer introduction of a product aiming to innovate and transform the valve / pressure equipment industry, where you will work with a team of technical experts playing a critical role in bringing purpose to driving the commercialization of new technology, supply chains management and achieving strategic goals?
This company is evolving a product looking to revolutionise the valve / pressure equipment industry. Currently, in its pre-revenue stage – its product aims to relieve hundreds of millions of pounds worth of greenhouse emissions. Going from strength to strength, the company aims to significantly increase their headcount over the next year and has recently won government contracts and a huge R&D contract in the past month.
In this role, you will drive the commercialization and market entry of the cutting-edge industrial products. Your key responsibilities will include strategies and coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve successful outcomes. You will also be responsible for managing quality control processes throughout the commercialization of new technologies role. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance, ensure compliance with industry standards, and optimize supply chain management.
This position would suit an NPI / NPD Manager with experience in manufacturing, looking to work on an integral role in the company’s ongoing success.
THE ROLE:
* Lead and manage the engineering team, ensuring efficient operations and fostering a collaborative environment.
* Drive product commercialization and market entry, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing quality control processes.
* Providing technical guidance, ensuring compliance, and optimizing supply chain management.
THE PERSON:
* Background in New Product Introduction / Development
* Experience in quality and processes in commercialising new technology
