On offer, is the exciting opportunity for a Senior Network Engineer to join a leading and well-established global MSP with Data Centres in the UK. Joining a team of highly skilled technicians, engineer, and architects, you will play a key role in the business and its continued growth and success.

In this role, the successful Senior Network Engineer would be responsible for general hardware installation, replacement, and decommissioning, assist with complex incident and changes escalated from the support team as well as ensuring all infrastructure systems and monitored and issues resolved quickly. As a senior member of the team, you will also undertake training as required, providing support and assistance to junior members of the team.

The ideal Senior Network Engineer would ideally have experience working within an MSP, hold and maintain recognised vendor certificates, have detail knowledge of networks, security, virtualisation, and storage.

The Role:

• Hardware installation, replacement, and decommissioning.
• Assist with complete incidents and changes escalated from support team.
• Work with other teams.
• Undertake training as required to ensure skills and knowledge are maintained.
• Provide support and assistance to junior members of the team.

The Person:

• Network, Security, and Infrastructure experience.
• Local to Bedford.
• MSP experience.
• Desire to mentor.
