Are you a Senior HR officer or similar with experience working across small and large contract projects, looking to join a market-leading auction company where you will gain the chance to make a significant contribution on a multitude of high value projects, with lots of choices of different routes for progression and training down the line?

This company is a highly successful business that is currently going through an exciting period of growth across 8 sites worldwide, with locations across the UK, Spain Australia, and many more. With decades of experience behind them, they conduct unreserved auctions of industrial plants, construction equipment & agricultural machinery. Within this role, you will be working alongside the HR manager to advise and assist with the performance management of the company, employee management, and relationships with clients, as well as, general HR tasks. You will also be heading up the learning and development programs that are offered by the company, which have set the foundations for its success. The company value progressing their employees, with the eventual option to choose which HR area you would like to head down the line.

This role will suit an HR Officer / Executive / Generalist looking to join a well-established company that values results, progression, and employees, above all else. Someone who is looking to take the next step in their career and enjoy 30 days holiday plus bank holidays, a stable 8:00-17:00pm Mon-Thurs and 8:00 -15:45 Frdiay, and an array of company benefits.
