Are you a Senior Design Engineer or similar with a background in Machine Design or similar looking to enter a growing business who design and manufactures bespoke heavy machinery for clients internationally, take your next step into leadership of a small team, receive tailored training and a host of company benefits?

This is an opportunity to work with a company established 40 years ago who design and manufacture bespoke heavy machinery for a number of inportant clients. They have recently taken on new contracts with a number of well known industry giants and are looking for a Design Engineer to help the company grow and keep up with demand.

In this role you will be managing large projects for clients taking their initial designs and developing them into opperaation machines to meet client needs. This role will include liaising with clients to understand those needs and the use of CAD software to design new or modify existing machinery to meet those needs. You will also be responsible for looking into design factors such as operational efficiency, material use and cost.

This role would suit a Senior Design Engineer or similar with a background in Machine Design or similar looking to step up into a leadership role within a business taking on new contracts and looking to grow, who wants to receive tailed trainingand recieve a range of company benefits.

The Role

• Management of projects from conception to completion
• Use of CAD software to design bespoke machinery
• Overseeing internal processes such as bill of materials
• Monday to Friday – Early finish Friday

The Person

• Senior Design Engineer or similar
• Manufacturing background or similar
• Commutable to Litchfield
