Are you a CAD Designer with a background in M&E looking to become the go to expert and design essential building service schematics within a highly profitable construction company who offer opportunities for ongoing development, a bonus and private healthcare?

On offer is an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading construction company that have provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing services for blue-chip clients across London and the south-east. This well-established company has seen continuous growth over the last 60 years and are looking to expand their internal team.

On a daily basis your responsibilities will include drawing up fully co-ordinated plantrooms / energy centres and services layouts from consultant’s scheme design / model, schematics, and sketches.

This role would suit a CAD designer with a background in AutoCAD / Revit looking to be a go to expert in a highly profitable expanding company who have an excellent company package and bonus structure.

The Role:

• Designing pipe work, duct work and cabling equipment.
• Designing plantrooms / energy centres and services layouts.
• Generation of 2D and 3D designs
• Visualisation of blue-chip client specifications
• Prioritisation and Management of multiple projects

The Person:

• CAD Designer
• AutoCAD / Revit background
• Commutable to Ramsgate
