Are you a Salesperson or similar from a Medical Device background looking for an autonomous role selling a range of bespoke and high-end products to a varied client base including major blue-chip companies within a well-established company who pride themselves on their family culture offering the opportunity to become an essential part of the business and to increase your earnings through a generous Commission Structure?

This company are a well-established yet growing manufacturer and distributer of Healthcare Equipment and Medical Devices who have they continually grown since their establishment in 1968 to the point they are now turning over £8m annually. Due to their ongoing growth they are looking to grow their sales team.

In this dynamic and varied role you will have the autonomy to manage your own desk as you undertake a range of sales responsibilities with a key focus on existing account management (80%) in addition to new business development (20%). Whilst you will have the support of others within the tight-knit sales team, you will be presented the opportunity to make your mark on the business as you work from home with client visitation across the North of England to upsell and further business relationships.

This role would suit a Salesperson or similar from a Medical Device background looking for a flexible and autonomous role within a family-run yet well-established company who offer major opportunities to increase your earnings through an uncapped commission structure and to further your career with ongoing progression to senior roles.

The Role:
* Sales to existing accounts (80%) and new business (20%)
* Full autonomy providing the opportunity to make your mark on the business
* Uncapped commission – (Year 1 OTE £65,000 +)
* Remote working with travel to client sites and occasional office visitation
* Freedom to manage your own desk and processes – working to KPIs
