Are you a Salesperson looking for an autonomous role where you will have a direct impact on the success of a rapidly growing company through the sales of logistics solutions to a broad client base including major blue chip companies in a role offering industry training, uncapped commission to increase your earnings and opportunities to progress into management roles?

This company are a rapidly growing Logistics provider with 15 staff. Due to an ever-increasing workload they are looking to grow their tight-knit and friendly Sales team with another driven Salesperson.

In this varied role you will have the autonomy to manage your own desk, initially making 50+ cold calls today, past the first 6 months your role will become more account management focused (80%) with some continued business development (20%). You will sell a range of Logistics solutions to a broad and growing client base nationwide.

This role would suit a Salesperson looking to move into the logistics industry through an autonomous role providing training and major opportunities to increase your earnings through uncapped commission and to make a direct impact on this tight-knit company.

The Role:
* Sales of Logistics / Freight Forwarding Packages and Solutions
* Role is initially heavily cold call focused – 50/100 a day
* Once established Client based much more heavily Account Management focused – 80%
* Gathering leads and building pipelines
* Office based within a tight knit team
* Uncapped commission – 10% on all profits
* Industry training provided
* Opportunities to develop in to management roles and spearhead new departments

The Person:
* Salesperson or similar
* Logistics background or looking to move into Logistics
* Commutable to Weybridge
