Are you a Salesperson or similar from a Commercial Waste Collections background looking for an varied role within a company who is rapidly expanding providing you the autonomy to build and manage your own desk as you become the go-to sales expert within the company, directly impacting further growth and success as well earning uncapped commission to increase potential earnings?

This company specialise in commercial waste management services providing man & van collection services to a range of blue-chip companies within London. Since their establishment 10 years ago, demand for their services has steadily increased and they are now looking to increase their Sales team in order to keep up with demand.

In this varied role you will be the go-to sales person dealing with commercial waste collections as you have full autonomy to build and manage your desk as you undertake primarily business development (90% +) and occasional account management in order to increase demand by sourcing clients, services and suppliers for the company. You will be working Monday to Friday from 8:30am-5pm with some travel to client’s sites around London included – covered by a travel allowance.

This role would suit a Salesperson with a background in Commercial Waste Collections looking to take their next step up into an autonomous role with increased responsibility and a direct impact on the future success of the company with the opportunity to increase your earnings through uncapped commission.

The role

• Selling Commercial Waste Collections
• Liaise closely with Senior Leadership, Customer Delivery and Service teams
• Be the go-to sales person within the company- driving new business and identifying new clients
• Occasional Account management and upselling to existing clients
• Some travel to customer sites across London
