Do you want the opportunity to work as a Sales Office Manager, whilst running a small team selling a product range to top end restaurants and delicatessens in the UK and abroad?

In this role you will be processing orders, dealing with customers, organising the fulfilment of orders, and contributing to weekly meetings and budget reviews, ensuring the business is being run as efficiently as possible. You will have to use IT systems to ensure everything is up to date and to deal with customer orders.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, and prior experience in a similar role will be a great boost to any application. The ideal candidate will be able to work well in a small team, and be able to operate IT systems. Wholesale experience and any knowledge of meat cuts and farming will also help any application, despite not being a requirement.

The Role

  • Process orders, customer contact and dispatch orders
  • Customer service, calculate best prices
  • Sales ledger and credit checks

  • Ability to work in a small team and deal with customers
  • Sales office experience and motivated to do a good job
