The company operate within Geotechnical, Construction / Structural and Renewables, operating as a Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractor on interesting and varied projects across the UK. They provide a range of services, including industrial rope access, slope stabilisation, soil nailing and structural inspections.

You will initially be working solely for the Structural side of the business, with long term opportunity to expand across all areas of the business. The Structural part of the business covers structural maintenance and repair, and includes interesting projects as height such as maintenance on the O2 Stadium, and structural works on Tottenham, Crystal Palace and Fulham Football grounds.

You will be responsible for leading sales and marketing activities to generate leads and new business opportunities for the Sales & Estimating team. This will be diverse role, inclusive of social media management, visiting site to meet with clients, and reaching out to new potential clients in a huge array of industries to showcase the companies capabilities.

The role:

  • Initial training period, including attaining IRATA rope access qualification
  • Lead sales and marketing activities for the Structural / Construction department
  • Drive digital marketing campaigns
  • Manage social media posts, including case studies on Linkedin
  • Work to enhance the company’s profile, and showcase / highlight the company’s current and past projects / capabilities through digital and traditional marketing
  • Site visits to meet and greet with clients
  • Create outreach campaigns to potential new clients (e.g. LA’s / Power Generation / High Rise Buildings etc.)
  • Call potential new clients with a view to creating leads for the Estimating team to generate new work

The person:

  • Marketing experience
  • Construction background or similar
  • Full Driving License
  • Comfortable with heights
