Are you a Structural Steel Specialist or similar looking for a fully autonomous leadership role overseeing the Sales department within an award winning Fabricator offering a clear progression structure to Sales Director within 12 months?

This company are a specialist fabricator / manufacturer who work with a broad range of clients nationwide ranging from major contractors to bespoke consultancies. Due to the Sales Director retiring, they are looking to bring in a Sales Manager who can take over this role within 12 months.

This is an autonomous role where you will work closely with the Sales Director to oversee the Sales department and provide specialist support on a range of bespoke Structural Steel projects. This is not an everyday Sales role with a broad range of technical responsibilities which will see you become an essential part of a well established yet growing business.

This role would suit a Technical Structural Steel Specialist looking for a dynamic leadership role within an award-winning Structural Steel company providing a bonus to increase your earnings and a clear ongoing progression pathway to Directorship.

The Role:

• Liaise closely with clients, contractors and other departments
• Leadership of the Sales department
• Provide technical support for clients and client relationships
• Varied work on bespoke Structural Steel projects
• Work closely with the Sales Director
• Clear progression to Sales Director within 12 months

The Person:

• Technical Sales Specialist or similar
• Structural Steel background or similar
• Commutable to Grantham
