Are you a Sales Manager or similar with experience in overseeing a team of 10 or more staff , looking to head up sales, with technical development and opportunities to progress, and the autonomy to make your mark within an innovative EV company?
In this hybrid role you will be responsible for overseeing a team of roughly 10 sales employees, setting KPIs and implementing them, monitoring performance, and developing junior employees along the way. You will also be hands on in developing new business, reaching out to potential customers through all forms of communication.
The company are at the forefront of their technology and specialise in electric vehicle charging within the automotive industry. They supply into a variety of sectors including residential, workplace, and retail.
This role would suit a Sales Manager or similar, who has hands on management experience, who is looking to head up sales within a forward-thinking EV company.
Manage a team of sales personnel, setting and implementing KPIs
Business development, selling a service into large / multi-channel companies
Mostly office-based, with occasional site visits to customers
Monday to Friday, 40-hour week, Hybrid role (1-2 days from home)
