Are you a Sales Ledger Clark or similar looking to join a well-established international company who offer the opportunity to oversee the finances of the U.S division, the ability to work on a Monday to Friday basis with 2 days from home and a range of benefits including buying extra holiday?

On offer is the opportunity to join a market-leading homeware brand who are responsible for the design, manufacturing and distribution of their own quality homeware alongside acquiring further brands who you will see in mainstream stores such as Dunelm Mill. They are in the middle of vast expansion and are aiming to grow their business across the USA and Europe.

This varied role will see you oversee the USA division of the group ensuring that all credit notes and outstanding debts are paid, recorded and finalized in a timely basis. You will also undertake general administration within the accounts team including producing statements, sending out letters and open new accounts.

This role would suit a Sales Ledger Clerk or similar who is looking to join a well-established company who look after their staff, give you the responsibility of an entire division and allows you to work from home a couple of days per week.

The Role:

  • Raising Credit Notes and chasing outstanding debts
  • Produce statements of existing accounts and open new accounts
  • Respond to enquiries via phone / email
  • Hybrid role – 2 days from home
  • Monday to Friday (USA hours 12PM – 8PM)

The Person:

  • Sales Ledger Clerk or similar
  • Happy to work USA division hours (12PM-8PM)
  • Commutable to Speke
