The role:
- Answer incoming sales queries and enquiries, ensuring an excellent service is provided to all clients
- Complete sales administrative activities, including sales records and reports, enabling you to provide accurate quotations
- Maximise sales opportunities through efficient account management, maintaining and developing strong relationships with clients
- Liaise closely with the internal technical team to enable you to offer relevant advice to clients, and accurately identify when to pass them on to technical specialists
- Work closely with the Marketing team to identify new business opportunities
- Network effectively with potential new clients through webinars and trade shows
The person:
- Any Account Management / Sales / Customer Service experience, from a Scientific or Pharmaceutical background
