Are you a Sales Consultant or similar from a Refinishing background looking for an autonomous role within a well-established company who pride themselves on their family culture, providing the opportunity to become an essential part of the business, contributing directly to future growth and an annual bonus to increase your earnings?

This company specialise in manufacturing and developing abrasives, tools and polishing compounds for the automotive industry working with and supplying to a range of blue-chip companies across the UK. Since their establishment almost 40 years ago, they have become market leaders in the manufacturing of power tools and are now looking to expand their Sales Teams to keep up with increased demand.

In this varied and exciting role, you will have the autonomy to manage your own desk as you undertake a range of sales responsibilities developing new business opportunities (40%) as well as managing existing accounts (60%) as you work both from home and in in the field selling and demonstrating tools and equipment to both suppliers as well as to end users directly. This company are looking to continue expanding and therefore are looking for someone who will become the go-to salesperson within team, driving future sales, directly making a mark on the business as it grows.

This role would suit a Sales Consultant or similar from a Refinishing background looking for an autonomous and varied role within a family-run yet well-established company, offering an opportunity to make your mark and directly influence future growth as well increase your earnings through annual bonuses.

The Role:

• Develop new and existing opportunities – sales to existing accounts (60%) and new business (40%)
• Presenting, demonstrating and selling company equipment to a range of clients
• Remote working with travel to client sites
• Freedom to manage your own desk and processes – working to KPIs

The Person:

• Sales Consultant or similar
• Bodyshop / Refinishing experience
• Looking for a Remote position- happy to undertake travel to customer sites
