On offer is the opportunity to join a manufacturer of heavy-lift UAVs, which supplies to a diverse portfolio of clients including highly regarded universities and research institutions. You will be working in close contact with suppliers of autonomous systems to integrate their capability into vehicles. Also leading the internal development of our their systems with support from mechanical, electrical and flight test engineers to get your designs off the ground.

The Role:

• Design and implement safety-critical control algorithms for full self-driving vehicles
• Develop numerous capabilities on vehicles including obstacle avoidance and payload integration

The Person:

• Autonomous systems in one or more of the following areas: 3D environment reconstruction, tracking and prediction, perception, localization, estimation, and machine learning
• Experience Designing systems and implementing hardware and software designs that enable machines to operate in unconfined environments
