£30,000 – £35,000 + Bonus + Car + Benefits
Based in Birmingham, Telford, Wolverhampton, Tamworth, Cannock and surrounding areas

Are you a Branch Supervisor or Manager from a Trade Counter / Building Materials background, looking to take a step up to Regional Support Manager, where you will support business development, as well as provide cover for a number of profitable branches across the Midlands?

You will be responsible for managing different teams within a regional patch, selling to trade businesses and housebuilders. With strong people management skills, you will have a background in Branch Supervision or Management and have strong interpersonal skills, allowing for you to build relationships with a variety of small to medium clients.

This company are well known for the quality of their products and are market leaders in what they do, making it an easy sell. Part of a large profitable group, they are financially sound and off the back of recent success, are looking towards a bright future.

This role would suit a Branch Supervisor or Manager looking to step up to a Regional role, with a clear defined progression route, a variety of work, opportunity to get out in the field and a competitive package.

The Role

• Regional patch covering the Midlands, developing new and existing relationships.
• Provide cover at various branches across Birmingham, Wolves, Telford, Stafford etc.
• Car and bonus on offer

The Person

• Previously worked in a Trade Counter role, ideally Supervisor or Manager
• Happy to be a mix of field and branch based
